Why do Trampoline?
With so many people buying backyard trampolines and kids teaching themselves how to do flips and tricks, why would anyone sign up for a trampoline class? Here are a few reasons...

Backyard Trampolines cause about 100,000 injuries every year. Between 2002 and 2011, more than 1 million people landed in emergency rooms with injuries related to trampoline use. Almost 300,000 of the injuries included broken bones. Children under 16 suffer nearly 93 percent of fractures related to trampolines.

Kids teach themselves how to do flips but when it comes to actually knowing how they did it and being able to control the skill, they have no idea. It's a "flip it and hope for the best" scenario and there is no consistency because they were never taught the proper mechanics of the skill so therefore they don't know how to execute it safely and land the skills safely each time.
Kids can teach themselves the skills incorrectly and that creates muscle memory. Once that takes hold, we now have to "fix" the skill so it can be consistent and safe with the ability to connect it to another skill.

There are so many other reasons why your child should take a trampoline class. Here are a few:
