We know gymnastics and we know how to throw a

gymnastics birthday party!

What to expect: 

A basic party includes:
 

1 hour in the gym with the coach
45 minutes in the party room

Party times: Saturdays Only 1:00-2:45 and 3:00pm - 4:45pm

Party Packages are for up to 10 children with a max of 25 people including children as this is the capacity of the party room

 

Included: Tablecloths, napkins, plates, cups, utensils, a certified Gymnastics and Trampoline coach, as well as GymNation washable tattoos or stickers for all guests.

 

A $50, non-refundable, deposit is required for booking
 

  • The first name of each child and the parent contact information is required the day of the party, 

  • All parties are for ages 5 and up,

  • Party go-ers can come in a 15-minutes prior to decorate if desired,

  • If you require a fridge, one is available, 

  • The room will be set up prior to your arrival,

  • Children must come dressed to work-out and play. No jeans, belts, no dresses or tu-tus, hair tied back, no jewelry. Socks and a water bottle will be required as well. 

  • Children in attendance for the party are the only ones permitted on the gym floor.


In the gym... children will learn some basic gymnastics skills and get to have some play time in the gym under the supervision of a trained, certified and experienced coach. 

 

Party Package Prices (Basic, Ninja or Trampoline) 

$225 + hst for up to 10 children

Each additional child is $6.95+hst

Party Packages with pizza

$250 + hst for up to 10 children (Each additional child is $8.95+hst)

Each additional pizza is $15.95+hst

 

What to expect:

Children will be introduced to a quick warm-up and stretch along with a brief run through on gym safety. They will have an opportunity to go through a circuit designed for varying levels of abilities with focus on fun, games, challenges and skill based activities on bars, beam, floor and vault.  

Specifically designed for party-goers, participants will get a chance to try out Olympic style

After that, they will learn some cool and fundamental gymnastics skills at four different stations of equipment, such as uneven bars, beams, vault, the tumbling floor and air track. 

 

 

 

Frequently Asked Questions

How do I book a birthday party?

Choose from the party options below and print, fill out and return (to the gym) the forms below, with a non-refundable $50 deposit to book. The deposit is deducted at the end of the party from your total price. Printable invitations are available for each party option. 

How old do children need to be?

Children must be 5 years old or more to be able to attend a birthday day party. Attendees all need to be 5 years old or more with the exception of siblings who must be within 2 years of the birthday child. 

  • If you are looking for a party for a child ages 3-4 years, they must be current members and registered in an ongoing session. One parent per child will be required to be on the gym floor, just like a Parent and Tot class. Maximum numbers including parents is 25.

How many children can attend?

We can accommodate up to 25 children

When are parties held? 

Parties are held on Saturdays from 1:00pm - 2:45pm and 3:00-4:45

How much does it cost for a party?

Cost will depend on the number of children attending and what type of party you wish to book. See party package prices below.

Can parents attend?

Yes, but the party room can only maintain 25 people at a time including children.  All parents must remain in the party room and are not permitted on the gym floor for insurance purposes. 

What should the children wear?

All children will need to wear easy to move in clothing. Please do NOT send children in dresses or tutus, hair will need to be tied back, socks are required for the trampolines, bring water bottles, no jewelry, no jeans or jean shorts, no belts and children will go into the gym in bare feet. 

Water only is permitted on the gym floor, no other beverages or food permitted. 

PLEASE NOTE: If children are sick or getting sick, please do not attend. Any children with warts will be required to wear socks. 

 All  guests will all get washable tattoos or GymNation stickers!
