Friday Nights at GymNation just got more exciting!

Participants can now register for one class at a time on Friday nights

 without a full session commitment!

 

Can't get to the gym every week?

Try our new Drop-In Classes on Fridays!

Participants will still need to get their name on the list for each Friday, prior to showing up at the gym. 

The drop -In fee per week is $15 + Hst per participant.

​

(Non-members will be required to pay the $44 Insurance fee for the year for drop-Ins)
